At True Hot Yoga, we harness the power of heat to our advantage. By performing our yoga classes in a warmer environment, we reap rewards twofold. First, because our rooms are heated, muscles stay flexible and limber, reducing the number of injuries.
Secondly, when we sweat we actually help tune our body’s metabolism and internal temperature regulators. Sweating also helps stimulate our body’s limbic system, and along with staying properly hydrated, helps flush toxins out.
There’s really no reason why you shouldn’t give us a go! It could be the best thing you ever do for your health!

We recommend wearing breathable, sweat wicking clothing (no cotton) and bringing a couple of towels (you will get sweaty) along with a large bottle of water. True Hot Yoga does have yoga mats available, but we encourage you to find a mat that is as individual as you are. See you soon!
