Body Sculpt in North Glendale
Ready to ditch the treadmill and actually see results? Body Sculpt at True Hot Yoga isn’t your average sweat session. It’s a total-body strength workout that fuses resistance, core work, and cardio — all in a heated room.
You’ll move, lift, pulse, and feel the burn (in the best way). Think of it as the sweat-dripping sibling to a body contouring treatment — only with louder beats and zero downtime. We’re targeting fat cells with every rep, and if you're new, book a quick consultation so we can dial you in.
Whether you're chasing definition or just want to feel strong walking out, this class is your cheat code. And yeah—the post-workout glow is next level. North Glendale? This is your spot. Let’s get sculpted.
Why North Glendale Locals Love Our Body Sculpt Classes
It’s not just the sweat — it’s the vibe. Our North Glendale crew shows up for the energy, the burn, and the beats. No egos, no pressure, just a solid squad that’s down to work.
People love how fast they feel stronger, tighter, more dialed-in. The class format keeps things fresh, and the heat? That’s your built-in motivator.
We’ve got regulars who once hated working out — now they won’t miss a class. Real results, real community, no fluff. Hot yoga meets strength training, and it actually works. That’s why locals keep coming back.
Our Signature Body Sculpt Classes at True Hot Yoga
This isn’t your gym’s version of “sculpt.” Our Body Sculpt classes are built different — think high-rep strength sets, fiery core combos, and non-stop movement, all set to bass-heavy playlists.
We mix bodyweight moves, light weights, and resistance bands to hit every muscle group—hard. It’s all in a heated room, which ramps up fat reduction and leaves you dripping. Got goals like toning loose skin? We’ll personalize your path like a treatment plan, but way more fun.
Each class is a full-body flex — efficient, intense, and low-key addictive. You’ll leave stronger, leaner, and wondering why you didn’t start sooner. At True Hot Yoga, this is where strength meets style.
What to Expect in Your First Body Sculpt Class
First time? Don’t stress — we’ve got you. You’ll walk into a heated room, upbeat music playing, and an instructor who actually cares if you’re vibing and moving right.
Class kicks off with a warm-up, then flows into strength sets, cardio bursts, and core finishers. You’ll use light weights, bands, and your own body to feel the burn in all the right places.
It’s fast-paced but beginner-friendly. Sweat will happen. Breaks are cool. No one’s judging. By the end, you’ll be dripping, maybe a little sore — but 100% proud.

Instructors break down every move, offer modifications, and hype you up without making it weird. Go at your own pace — we’re just here to help you feel strong AF. No pressure, no gym bro energy, and zero shame if you take breaks. Everyone starts somewhere. Why not here?
What Students Say About Body Sculpt at True Hot Yoga
I love this place! Sure there is only one toilet and sink, after reading some other reviews, but I really like that it’s smaller because it feels cozy, everyone is always so welcoming here. I’ve been to a few other studios and they don’t have the room hot enough to make it an actual challenge and they aren’t as welcoming. After 6 years of not doing hot yoga, I returned to this studio and still got the same at home vibe I got the first few times I went 6 years ago.
- Taylor Ritter
Ive been coming to this studio for 4 years. Ive visited both locations. Its where i started hot yoga and it feels like home base 😌
- Ashley Germer
I absolutely loved every experience I had at True Hot Yoga. I was pretty new to yoga when I started there but felt welcomed immediately and truly appreciated all of the direction and support from the staff. I practiced Tuesday and Thursday mornings with Serena. She always had the most calming voice and presence, not to mention soothing and uplifting music. I’ve since moved out of state and really miss True Hot Yoga! I haven’t been able to find a comparable class near my new home.
