Yin / Deep Stretch Class: Arrowhead Ranch

Not every class needs to build a sweat. Yin / Deep Stretch is a slow, restorative practice held in a softly lit room, where long-held poses give your connective tissue and nervous system time to fully release.

Mondays at 6 PM, only at our Arrowhead Ranch studio in Glendale.

What Makes This Class Different

Unlike our heated, flowing classes, Yin / Deep Stretch uses floor-based poses held for several minutes at a time, supported by bolsters, blocks, and blankets. The slower pace reaches the deeper connective tissue and joints a faster practice does not, and gives your nervous system time to downregulate.

What to Expect

A calm, quiet room, gentle music, and long holds, each giving you time to notice how your body feels and settle into stillness. This is not about pushing hard. It is about finding your edge and softening into it.

Who It's For

Yin / Deep Stretch works for every level. It suits athletes who want deeper recovery, anyone managing a high-stress week, or anyone who wants a slower, more meditative complement to their regular hot yoga practice. It pairs well with our 60 and 75 minute Hot Yoga classes and Body Sculpt at this studio.

In the Studio

A spacious heated and humidified practice room, anti-bacterial Rexcourt flooring, reception area, and full men's and women's restrooms with showers.
