This class complements your regular yoga practice while boosting your metabolism and pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. Free weights are added to create resistance and intensify each pose. Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep and tricep curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass. You will see visible results in your body. Heated to approx. 92 degrees.

THY & Trauma Release (TRE)

Neurogenic yoga is a revolutionary technique in trauma healing and stress reduction. This 75 minute class will combine a modified version of the traditional THY practice followed by innovative Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE). TRE targets the parasympathetic nervous system causing natural neurogenic tremors within the body that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma.

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga is a slow, deep, and receptive practice led in a room softly lit by and accompanied by music. Laying or seated postures are held longer, giving time for the connective tissues around the joints to soften and stretch. This allows prana to move freely through the entire body and helps loosen the minds resistance and holding patterns. All levels.

“Yoga takes you into the present moment. The only place where life exists.”
