Hot Yoga Class in Arrowhead Ranch, Glendale
You walk in. The heat hits just right. Welcome to True Hot Yoga in Arrowhead Ranch, Glendale's hot yoga studio since 2008, where one hour on the mat lets everything else fade out for a while.
Our classes are not cookie-cutter. Whether you are after flexibility, a quieter head, or a serious workout, there is a flow for you, in a 60-minute or a 75-minute class. No pressure. No judgment. Just a hot room, a solid crew, and space to move like you mean it.
Why Arrowhead Ranch Locals Choose True Hot Yoga
Clean room, real heat, and instructors who actually see you. Every class pushes without punishing, with a playlist that keeps you going.
Locals come back because it feels personal. There is room to move and breathe, not a packed-in crowd, and the community is the real thing. You sweat next to neighbors, not strangers. True Hot Yoga in Arrowhead Ranch is where the work feels good and people keep showing up, for themselves and for each other.
Our Signature Hot Yoga Classes (60 and 75 Minute)
We offer two lengths of our signature heated class at this studio. The 60-minute class is a focused flow that fits before work or after dinner. The 75-minute class gives you more time to build heat, go deeper, and finish with a longer cooldown. Both run around 105°F with added humidity, and both are open to every level.
If you want to slow down instead, this is the only True Hot Yoga studio with our Yin / Deep Stretch class (Mondays at 6 PM) and our True Hot Yoga + TRE Trauma Release class. Golfers and pickleball players can also book our Golf Recovery and Pickleball Recovery classes here.
The Benefits of Hot Yoga in Arizona's Climate
Arizona heat is not only for pool days. Hot yoga works with the dry climate to boost your sweat, circulation, and focus. More sweat means most people leave class feeling lighter, mentally and physically.
The heat also helps your muscles loosen up fast, so you can move deeper without forcing it. And it is real cardio. That steady burn builds endurance, sharpens breath control, and keeps your mind dialed in.
First Time at True Hot Yoga Arrowhead Ranch? Here's What to Expect
Nervous? Totally normal. Once you step into the heat, it clicks. You will get a quick tour, a friendly welcome, and zero pressure to know what you are doing.
Classes start slow, the room is warm (okay, hot), and your instructor keeps it real with clear cues and no ego. Bring water, a mat, and an open mind. You will sweat a lot, and you will leave feeling clear, calm, and maybe a little hooked.
Beginner to Advanced: Classes for Every Yogi
Zero experience? Cool. Been flowing for years? Even better. Classes are built to meet you where you are, no headstands required.
Beginners can ease in with slower-paced sessions that focus on form and breath. Looking to level up? The 75-minute class and our higher-energy flows will test your limits in all the right ways. From day one to day 1,000, there is always room to grow.
Real Reviews from Our Arrowhead Ranch Students
"I love this place! Sure there is only one toilet and sink, after reading some other reviews, but I really like that it's smaller because it feels cozy, everyone is always so welcoming here. I've been to a few other studios and they don't have the room hot enough to make it an actual challenge and they aren't as welcoming. After 6 years of not doing hot yoga, I returned to this studio and still got the same at home vibe I got the first few times I went 6 years ago."
-Taylor Ritter
"Ive been coming to this studio for 4 years. Ive visited both locations. Its where i started hot yoga and it feels like home base."
-Ashley Germer
"I absolutely loved every experience I had at True Hot Yoga. I was pretty new to yoga when I started there but felt welcomed immediately and truly appreciated all of the direction and support from the staff. I practiced Tuesday and Thursday mornings with Serena. She always had the most calming voice and presence, not to mention soothing and uplifting music. I've since moved out of state and really miss True Hot Yoga! I haven't been able to find a comparable class near my new home."
