Hot Yoga Classes: Scottsdale
True Hot Yoga Scottsdale is the original studio, open since 2005, in the Safeway Center at Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd and Thompson Peak Blvd, a couple of doors down from CVS. We serve Scottsdale, North Scottsdale, DC Ranch, Grayhawk, McDowell Mountain Ranch, Paradise Valley, Desert Ridge, and Kierland.
Four classes run here: Hot Yoga in 60 and 75 minute versions, Body Sculpt, Golf Recovery, and Pickleball Recovery. Every class is open to every level. New to True Hot Yoga? Your first 3 classes are $33.

Classes at the Scottsdale Studio
Hot Yoga (60 and 75 Minute)
Our signature heated vinyasa flow, around 105°F with added humidity. The 60-minute class is a focused flow that fits a lunch break or a busy evening. The 75-minute class gives you more time to build heat, go deeper into the postures, and settle into a longer cooldown. Beginners usually start with the 60. See the Scottsdale Hot Yoga class
Body Sculpt
Strength training, cardio, and core work in the heated room, with light weights and resistance bands. Fast-paced, high-rep, 60 minutes. No experience needed, and you will feel it the next day. See the Scottsdale Body Sculpt class
Golf Recovery
A heated recovery class built around what a round of golf does to your back, hips, and shoulders. Mobility and stretching to ease stiffness and keep you swinging freely. See Golf Recovery in Scottsdale
Pickleball Recovery
Gentle stretching and mobility work for the hips, knees, shoulders, and lower back that pickleball overloads, in a heated room that helps tight muscles release. Come straight from the courts or later in the week. See Pickleball Recovery in Scottsdale
In the Studio
Heating and humidifying systems in the mirrored practice room, Rexcourt high-performance anti-bacterial flooring, and full men's and women's restrooms with marble and slate showers and vanities. Easy parking in the Safeway Center lot.
We deep clean daily and disinfect the hot room after every class, with no-touch check-in. Come for the sweat, stay for a tight-knit community that keeps showing up for each other.
